Hello. Welcome. I hope you won't be offended, but I thought you might like some response to your post.

A point of English culture: generally, blog sites are not mobile phones, so the written English is normally grammatical and spelled correctly, with the correct punctuation and use of capitals. For instance, we would write 'I' rather than 'i'. Dropping the capitals is something which tends to be done by illiterate people or children in their teenage years, and may not be suitable if you want to encourage the kinds of correspondents who would be able to support your desire to learn English properly.
Your post contains a couple of grammatical mistakes: Rather than saying 'I practice to write English', the correct phrase would say 'I practice writing English' or I would like to practice my written English'.
Friends are plural, so .'..friends who like Japanese culture' is more correct than '...friends who likes Japanese culture'.
'wanna' is slang and is reflective of an American pronunciation. In English English it is not correct: you 'want to' would be a better usage grammatically, though, 'I would like to' is less demanding and therefore more polite.
